PRESTAN PROFESSIONAL ADULT MANKIKINS
There are several challenges faced by students and instructors during CPR training. The Prestan Professional Adult Manikin offers realistic features combined with audible and visual feedback making the Prestan Manikins is our preferred tool for training. These feedback features provide confidence allowing students to see, hear, and feel, that they are performing QUALITY CPR. It also allows instructors to evaluate performance at a glance.
PRESTAN PROFESSIONAL INFANT MANIKINS
Continuing with the Prestan line of products, our CPR classes also use the Prestan Professional Infant Manikins. Following the intuitive design of the Adult version, the Infant manikins provide realistic features combined with audible and visual feedback making the Prestan Infant Manikin is our preferred tool for this segment of training. Just with the Adult version, the Infant manikins allow students to see, hear, and feel, they are performing QUALITY CPR.
CPR RATE MONITOR
All of our Prestan Professional Manikins are equipped with a revolutionary CPR Rate Monitor that allows for instant feedback to both instructor and student regarding the rate of chest compressions. The visual feedback from the CPR Rate Monitor gives students a real life feel of delivering 100-120 compressions per minute.
PHILIPS HEARTSTART AED
Sudden cardiac arrest is a leading cause of death among adults over the age of 40 – and it's a "healthcare crisis," affecting more than 300,000 people every year, according to the SCA Foundation. Even the fastest paramedics could take eight to 12 minutes to get to a patient after he or she collapses. We use training AEDs in every class allowing students to practice with the units in 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 scenarios.
FIRST AID / CPR / AED CLASSES - EPIPEN
Used in our First Aid / CRP & AED classes, these training Auto-injector pens are great for practice, training and demonstration in case of Anaphylaxis. They contain no needle or medicine but simulate the use of a real adrenaline auto-injector. This additional training tool gives peace of mind that they can use an Adrenaline Pen correctly in case of Anaphylaxis. Quick action and rapid treatment can and does save lives in the case of Anaphylaxis.
FIRST AID / CPR / AED CLASSES - PACKET
Used in our First Aid / CRP & AED classes, the first aid training packet has four items used in several lessons such as Preventing Disease Transmission, Bleeding and Wound Care, Burns, and Bone, Joint and Muscle Injuries. Each student receives a packet that includes one 40” triangle bandage, two 4”x4” gauze pads, one pair of gloves, and one rolled gauze bandage.
